Upon arrival, every Union director and an associate should report to the WAD Youth Booth/Tent for registration and other necessary protocols as will be informed.
ALL Unions should endeavor to come along with a Band Set for Opening Ceremony and the Parade of the nations during the Closing Ceremonies.
Each Union will feature their Special Squad for the Nations Parade During the Opening Ceremony
ONLY registered delegates will be admitted into the camporee ground/premises.
For security reasons ALL Pathfinders and Staffs MUST wear their assigned Wrist Band and Name Tags MUST be worn at ALL times or you be expelled from participating in the camporee activities and the campground.
Attendances to activities are required and points will be given for attendance and will be considered for the overall camporee point system.
There will be daily Club inspection and points will count toward the overall camporee point system.

The following items are prohibited: fireworks, firearms, ammunition, weapons, illicit drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, electronic entertainment device, radios, TV’s, CD players, iPods, bicycles, pets, inappropriate reading materials, or anything that will jeopardize the safety of any person or that will detract from the program.
In keeping with the Seventh-day Adventist church teaching and practice of healthful living, all Pathfinders and Staffs are encouraged to eat healthy during the camporee.
Guest Attendance: If a family member, friend or relative wishes to worship with us during the Sabbath of the camporee, such persons must be registered in time (without any fee).
There will be a Parade of the Nations during the closing ceremonies. All Pathfinders and Staffs are encouraged to come along with traditional attires to represent their respective nations for this special parade.
